Terms of Service

The summary above is provided for convenience only. The full Terms of Service below govern all commissions and take precedence in the event of any discrepancy.TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to commissions purchased from the Artist by the Customer. The commissioned artwork is referred to below as the Commission.
By commissioning the Artist, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.PAYMENTS
1. The Customer agrees to pay 50% of the total price upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the Commission and before delivery of the final files.
2. Any alternative payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon before work on the Commission begins.
3. Work will not begin until the Artist has received the required initial payment.CURRENCY AND FEES
4. All prices and invoices are issued in euros (€).
5. Payment must be made via Wise or PayPal, using the payment details provided by the Artist. Any alternative payment method must be mutually agreed upon in advance.
6. The Customer is responsible for any currency conversion or transfer fees charged to the Customer by their bank or payment provider. The Artist is responsible for any fees charged directly to the Artist.
7. Payment is considered complete when the required invoiced amount has been received by the Artist.REFERENCES AND COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS
8. The Customer is responsible for providing adequate references and information necessary for the Artist to complete the Commission as requested.
The scope and price of the Commission will be based on the references, description, and requirements provided by the Customer before work begins.
9. Extensive character, outfit, prop, environment, or other design work that was not included in the original quote may incur an additional fee. Any such additional work and its associated cost will be discussed and agreed upon before the Artist proceeds with it.TURNAROUND AND DEADLINES
10. The expected completion timeframe will be discussed with the Customer before work begins. Any estimated completion date is an estimate unless a specific deadline has been explicitly agreed upon by both parties.
11. If the Customer requires the Commission by a specific date, this must be disclosed and agreed upon before work begins. The Artist is not obligated to accommodate deadlines requested after work has commenced.
12. Commissions requiring completion within a shorter timeframe than the Artist would normally be able to accommodate may be subject to a rush fee. Any applicable rush fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before payment.REVISIONS
13. Following the initial discussion and receipt of the Customer's references and requirements, the Artist will provide three rough black-and-white sketches for consideration.
The Customer may request up to two rounds of substantial revisions during the sketch stage.
For example, if none of the initial sketches are suitable, the Customer may explain what they would like changed. The Artist will then produce a revised sketch based on that feedback. If further substantial changes are required, one additional revision round is included.
Any further substantial revisions may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the additional work begins.
14. After the sketch has been approved, requests for substantial changes to the composition, pose, design, or other previously approved elements may incur an additional fee.
After completion, the Customer may request a reasonable number of minor corrections, such as correcting an eye colour or a small overlooked detail.
Minor corrections requiring up to approximately 10% of the original production time are included. Changes exceeding this allowance may incur an additional fee proportional to the work required. Any additional fee will be agreed upon and invoiced before the additional work begins.
15. The Customer agrees to respond within a reasonable timeframe to requests for feedback, clarification, references, approval of progress, or other information necessary to complete the Commission.
If the Customer does not respond within 7 days of a request for feedback or approval, the Artist may treat the current state of the Commission as approved and continue work.
The Artist will not be responsible for additional work made necessary by feedback or requested changes provided only after the relevant stage of the Commission has been treated as approved.REFUNDS AND DELAYS
16. The Customer may cancel the Commission and request a full refund at any time during the sketching stage.
Once the Customer has approved the final sketch, or the sketch has been treated as approved under Clause 15, the Commission is considered to have entered the next stage of production. From this point onward, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.
17. If the Artist has made no progress on the Commission for two consecutive months, or if the Commission has not been completed within four months, the Customer may request a full refund regardless of the current stage of production.
For commissions expected to require more than four months to complete, alternative completion and refund conditions must be agreed upon before work begins.
These timeframes do not include interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances reasonably outside the Artist's control, such as illness, accident, emergencies, or delays caused by the Customer.DELIVERY
18. The finished Commission will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the Customer after final payment has been received.
19. Unless otherwise agreed, the finished Commission will be provided as a high-resolution PNG and/or JPG file, as appropriate for the artwork.
Source and working files, including layered PSD, CSP, or equivalent files, are not included.
20. Any alternative method of delivery, whether digital or physical, must be mutually agreed upon before work begins. The Customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with an alternative delivery method, including postage, materials, or third-party service fees.
21. Where an alternative delivery method is requested, it is the Customer's responsibility to propose a method that is reasonably accessible to both parties. The Artist cannot be held responsible for loss of access to the chosen delivery method, spam filters, account restrictions, or other technical issues outside the Artist's control.
22. Once the Commission has been successfully delivered, the Customer is responsible for storing and backing up the files. The Artist cannot guarantee that copies will remain available indefinitely and is not responsible for replacing files lost by the Customer.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
23. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Commission is provided for personal use only.
The Customer may display the Commission online, use it for personal profiles, icons, banners, wallpapers, and similar non-commercial purposes, and make physical copies for their own personal use.
Commercial use, resale, merchandising, reproduction for commercial purposes, or use of the Commission in connection with a business, product, or paid service requires the Artist's prior written permission and may require an additional licensing fee.
24. When publicly posting or displaying the Commission online, the Customer must provide clear and reasonably visible credit to the Artist wherever the platform reasonably allows for it.
Credit may be provided through the Artist's name, social media handle, or a link to the Artist's website or social media profile.
25. The Customer may not use the Commission in connection with blockchain technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrency-related products, or similar present or future technologies.
The Customer may not use the Commission to train, develop, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise supply data to generative AI systems, datasets, or similar present or future technologies.
26. Unless otherwise agreed before the Commission begins, the Artist retains the copyright to the Commission and may display it in portfolios, commission examples, websites, and social media.
At the Customer's request, the Artist may credit the Customer as the commissioner. The Customer may also request that their identity not be disclosed.NSFW COMMISSIONS
27. The Customer must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an NSFW or sexually explicit Commission.
All characters depicted in sexual or explicitly sexual situations must be adults. The Artist will not accept NSFW commissions depicting minors, aged-up minors, or characters whose age is intentionally ambiguous.
The Artist reserves the right to decline any NSFW subject matter at their discretion.CANCELLATIONS
28. The Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission before accepting payment for any reason.
If the Artist cancels an accepted Commission for reasons unrelated to the Customer's conduct, the Customer will receive a refund for any portion of the Commission that has not been completed.
29. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise seriously inappropriate behaviour towards the Artist will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the Commission.
In such cases, any refund will be determined according to the amount of work already completed. The Artist reserves the right to refuse future commissions from the Customer.

Pricing

Simple and atmospheric backgrounds are included. Final prices depend on rendering level, character/design complexity, composition, props, and background complexity. You'll receive a final quote before payment.Additional characters: +60–80%
Complex designs, armour, mecha, and detailed environments may increase the price.Commercial use and rush commissions are quoted separately.
